In his early years, Kelly spent summers in Florida and winters in Park City, Utah. Besides skiing and surfing, he enjoys playing soccer, golf and tennis. Additionally, Kelly Frame studied international law in Sydney, Australia, traveled Central and South America, Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and worked for Habitat for Humanity building houses in Nicaragua.
